Development of NSD1-depleted cell lines. FaDu and HaCat cells were transfected with control or NSD1 shRNAs. Puromycin-resistant clones were selected. NSD1 expression was determined by RT-PCR in wild-type FaDu (a) and HaCat (b) cells or cells expressing control or NSD1 shRNA. (csh = control shRNA; NSD1sh = NSD1 shRNA knockdown)
